پروسه تطبیق مدرک کانادا که تحت (Canadian Veterinary Medical Association ) CVMA برگزار میشود چندی پیش اعلام کرد که فقط افرادی میتوانند در پروسه تطبیق مدرک کانادا  شرکت کنند که یا مدارک مهاجرتی معتبر یا مدارک شهروندی خودرا به NEB ارائه کنند. اما با پیگیری های جناب آقای دکتر فراقی و همچنین جناب آقای دکتر ابن نصیر CVMA اعلام کرد که قوانین گذشته را لغو کرده و برای وارد شدن به پروسه تطبیق مدرک احتیاجی به ارائه مدارک مهارتی و یا شهروندی کانادا جهت ثبت نام در پروسه تطبیق مدرک به NEB نمیباشد.
